I thought it would be fun to follow the maxis-made families of Pleasantview and see what would happen in their lives.

Mortimer Goth. Father to Cassandra and Alexander Goth. (Deceased/old age)
Don Lothario. Married and divorced to Cassandra Goth. He and Cassandra had a girl named Casey Lothario. Don also fathered a son with Kaylynn Langerak (Donald Langerak) and a daughter with Nina Caliente (Donna Caliente).
Cassandra Goth. Cassandra married and divorced Don Lothario. She then married George Langerak, and took back the Goth name for herself. She and Don had a child named Casey Lothario. Cassandra had another daughter named Georgette Goth with her second husband George.
Kaylynn Langerak. Mother to Donald (Lothario) Langerak Dreamer. Kaylynn’s son Donald (whose father is Don Lothario) was adopted by Darren Dreamer after her death. (deceased/fire)
Nina Caliente. Mother to Donna Caliente (her child with Don Lothario). Twin sister to Dina Caliente.
Dina Caliente. Wife to Dustin Broke. Mother to son Dick and daughter Denise (Broke) Caliente. Twin sister to Nina Caliente.
Alexander Goth. Son of Mortimer Goth. Brother to Cassandra Goth. Married Angela Pleasant. Fathered a son, Alex (Goth) Pleasant. (Deceased/fire)
Daniel and Mary Sue Pleasant. Parents to twin daughters Angela and Lileth. Both Daniel and Mary Sue died along with their son-in-law, Alexander Goth, when Alexander accidentally set some leaves on fire.
Brandi Broke. Mother to Dustin, Beau and Christopher Broke. Married Darren Dreamer.
Darren Dreamer. Adopted Kaylynn Langerak’s son Donald (Lothario) Langerak after her death. Father also to Dirk Dreamer. Eventually married Brandi Broke.
Dirk Dreamer. Son of Darren Dreamer. Husband to Lileth Pleasant. Father to twin sons Joseph and Edward (Dreamer) Caliente.
Lileth Pleasant. Wife of Dirk Dreamer. Mother to twin sons Joseph and Edward. Twin sister to Angela Pleasant. Daughter to Daniel and Mary Sue Pleasant. (Shown with both red hair and black. I had changed her hair back to red, but Dirk didn’t like it. His turn-ons are black hair and glasses…so I changed it back!)
Angela Pleasant. Daughter to Daniel and Mary Sue Pleasant. Twin sister to Lileth Pleasant. Wife to Alex Goth. Mother to Alexander (Goth) Pleasant.
Dustin Broke. Oldest son of Brandi and Skip Broke. Husband to Dina Caliente. Father to Dick (Broke) Caliente and daughter Denise. Brother to Beau and Christopher Broke.
Beau Broke. Son of Brandi and Skip Broke. Brother to Dustin and Christopher Broke.
Christopher Broke. Youngest son of Brandi and Skip Broke. Brother to Dustin and Beau Broke.
Donald (Lothario) Langerak Dreamer. Donald is the son of Kaylynn Langerak and Don Lothario. He was adopted as a toddler by Darren Dreamer when his mother died. Firstborn child to Don Lothario and his only son.
Casey (Goth) Lothario. Daughter to Cassandra Goth and Don Lothario. Half-sister to Donald Langerak Dreamer and Donna Caliente.
Donna (Lothario) Caliente. Daughter to Nina Caliente and Don Lothario. Half-sister to Casey Lothario and Donald Langerak Dreamer.
Alex (Goth) Pleasant. Son of Alexander Goth and Angela Pleasant.
George (Langerak…yeah..another Langerak…but no relation) Goth. Married Cassandra Goth. Father to daughter Georgette Goth.
Georgette Goth. Daughter of George (Langerak) Goth and Cassandra Goth.
